Based on the long-running Marvel comic book series, "Iron Man" tells the story of Tony Stark, the enigmatic heir to the Stark Enterprises fortune. A driven inventor and executive who seems to have it all, Tony is haunted by his dark side.
Though he commands his empire by day, by night he secretly becomes "Iron Man," the living embodiment of decades of defense spending and innovation.

HOW ABOUT YOU
FROM THE PRODUCERS OF "MY LEFT FOOT" AND "MY BEAUTIFUL LAUNDRETTE". FEATURING MUSIC BY NAT KING COLE, ELLA FITZGERALD AND BOBBY DARIN "How About You", adapted from a short story by author Maeve Binchy and featuring a stellar cast, tells the story of Ellie (Hayley Atwell), a carefree young woman who is left in charge of a residential home in the beautiful Irish countryside owned and run by her older sister Kate (Orla Brady). Kate is the sensible one, while Ellie is impetuous. It's Christmas time, and most of the residents of the home have left to spend the festive period with their families. Remaining at the home are four grumpy old residents known as "the hardcore": retired screen beauty Georgia (Vanessa Redgrave), spinster sisters Hazel (Imelda Staunton) and Heather (Brenda Fricker), and a retired High Court judge, Donald (Joss Ackland). It's a baptism of fire for Ellie whose youth and inexperience bring her head to head with the c

CHILDREN OF SILK ROAD

Based on real events, The Children of the Silk Road is a sweeping but intimate story set against war-torn China in the 1930’s. The film centers on a young English journalist (Jonathan Rhys Meyers), an American nurse (Radha Mitchell) and the leader of a Chinese partisan group (Chow Yun Fat) who meet in desperate and unexpected circumstances. Together they rescue 60 orphaned children, leading them on an extraordinary journey across hundreds of miles of treacherous terrain, through snow-covered mountains and an unforgiving desert. Along the way they discover the true meaning of love, responsibility and courage.

THE BANK JOB

The Bank Job" was inspired by a real-life 1971 London bank robbery that was never solved. A band of thieves tunneled their way into a safe deposit vault, taking millions of dollars in cash and jewelry. The robbery made headlines for several days, but then all reporting stopped as a result of a government gag order. In "Bank Job," the crime involves murder, corruption and a sex scandal with links to the royal family. Ultimately, the thieves are among the most innocent involved.

MARRIED LIFE

The setting is post-war America. As stringent moral codes begin creeping back into private life, members of the upper and middle classes must begin to be careful. But caution can always be overcome by beauty and charm, and this is the theme of Married Life, a stylish, sophisticated drama starring some of the most accomplished actors working today. Ira Sachs’s third feature is the devilish story of two men driven to villainy by their desire for one woman. Nebbishy Harry Allen (Chris Cooper) is a sentimental fool of a certain age. He has fallen head over heels in love with a beautiful and soulful blonde named Kay (Rachel McAdams), whose husband disappeared during the war; he spoils her unashamedly. The only problem is that Harry is married to the smart and sensual Pat (Patricia Clarkson), who sees herself as his keeper. Too cowardly to upset her by breaking things off for Kay – Pat begins hyperventilating when he even hints at the gulf between them – Harry soon settles on a drastic means of ending the marriage without causing his wife any undue suffering. Meanwhile, Harry’s good chum Rich (Pierce Brosnan) is plagued by jealousy. He visits Kay when Harry is out of town, and is nagged by the question of what a gorgeous catch like Kay is doing with boring and crusty old Harry. Soon he is out-and-out competing with his friend for Kay’s affections and engaging in some substantial scheming of his own. He even discovers a precious secret of Pat’s that the increasingly unpredictable Harry may want to know. Brosnan’s Rich, also serving as narrator, wryly comments on the amorous goings-on around him.

BONNEVILLE

Arvilla (Lange) has just lost her husband. Unsteadied by her loss and a dispute with her stepdaughter over her husband's burial, Arvilla finds herself at an emotional crossroads. Convinced that she has no choice but to give in to her stepdaughter's funeral plans, Arvilla hijacks her two best friends Carol (Allen) and Margene (Bates) and sets off from Pocatello Idaho in a vintage 1966 Bonneville convertible. As they serenely cruise past the airport, what is supposed to be a quick trip to catch a flight to California ends up being the ride of their lives. As they journey across the great American west together, the three women encounter stunning landscapes, failed transportation, and a friendly trucker turned unlikely suitor (played by Tom Skerritt). -

EDGE OF LOVE

Two feisty, free-spirited women are connected by a charismatic poet who loves them both. The passion and pathos of legendary poet Dylan Thomas is told through the lives of two women. Vera Phillips and Dylan were childhood sweethearts; fast forward ten years and the two reconnect in war-time London. She’s working as a singer whilst he’s churning out propaganda scripts for government in aid of the war effort. The two feel the thunderbolt once more, but Thomas is now married to the adventurous Caitlin. Despite their love-rival status, the women form a surprising friendship; whilst Caitlin indulges in her own infidelities she knows her husband’s connection with Vera is something deeper. In Vera’s life the turmoil continues. She marries her devoted admirer William Killick, but when William is posted abroad on a dangerous assignment behind enemy lines Vera returns with her friends to Wales, where the battle between her heart and head becomes more intense. William, scarred by war, comes back a changed man and finds that Vera is no longer the carefree cabaret girl he married. Neighbourhood gossip, together with Dylan’s open mockery of soldier-heroes, fuels William’s anger. Enraged, he stages a violent attack that forces Vera to choose between the men in her life and the friend that she loves. Cast: Keira Knightly, Matthew Rhys, Sienna Miller, Cillian Murphy

THE WOMEN

"The Women" is about friends and mothers and daughters. It's about breaking up and finding your way back. It's about reinventing yourself. It's about walking through fire for what you believe in. It's about Women. Diane English, the creator of "Murphy Brown", has gathered an exceptional cast for the remake of George Cukor's 1939 classic. Her script maintains the arch spirit of the original, and the all-female cast, but the women aren't as relentlessly catty this time around. The story follows a group of female friends when the one they envied most discovers her husband is cheating on her. Starring Meg Ryan, Annette Bening, Eva Mendes, Jada Pinkett Smith, Debra Messing, Candice Bergen, Bette Midler, Cloris Leachman, Carrie Fisher.
