THE COUNTERFEITERS [MA} is now showing daily..
Winner of the 2008 Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film, the true story of Salomon Sorowitsch,
counterfeiter extraordinaire and bohemian.
After getting arrested in a German concentration camp
in 1944, he agrees to help the Nazis in an organised counterfeit operation set up to help finance
the war effort. It was the biggest counterfeit money scam of all time.
Over 130 million pound sterling were printed, under conditions that couldn't have been more tragic
or spectacular.
Another film nominated for the Best Foreign Language Film this year was MONGOL [MA] which
commences this week.
MAMMA MIA is now showing and if you haven't already experienced this colourful, hilarious and
most importantly fun film, well, you are in the minority!!
We have had some record attendances for this film and we do ask you book well ahead to ensure
good seats as many sessions are heavily booked.
